Why are buying stories so important to listen to and to learn from? Every first time home buyer has a buying story and each buyer’s experience must be inherently different from the next person’s home buying experience. As former first time home buyer, active real estate agent, I know it helps to listen to and learn from others who have purchased before you. As buyer’s agent, I have the ability to learn from each buying experience as much as my clients do. My job is to assist my clients to make good decisions since buying a house happens to be one of the most important decision’s a person’s makes in his or her lifetime. After every sale, I reflect on what each buying story has taught me about the real estate sales business.
