Why are buying stories so important to listen to and to learn from? Every first time home buyer has a buying story and each buyer’s experience must be inherently different from the next person’s home buying experience. As former first time home buyer, active real estate agent, I know it helps to listen to and learn from others who have purchased before you. As buyer’s agent, I have the ability to learn from each buying experience as much as my clients do. My job is to assist my clients to make good decisions since buying a house happens to be one of the most important decision’s a person’s makes in his or her lifetime. After every sale, I reflect on what each buying story has taught me about the real estate sales business.

Buying a house. Stories from one first time home buyer.

The following blog entry follows a conversation I had with one of my former clients. I asked a former first time home buyer, now a new homeowner to allow me to record our conversation so that you can listen her story. Buying a house is no easy task by an stretch of the imagination. Much of what you, ahead of looking at actual properties, is to prepare (including save money, gathering documents) and educate yourself about the home buying process. This includes developing a home buyer wish list. Share with us your home buying wish list so that we can start identifying the properties that match your wants and needs.

In the past, we have had many buyers on our email lists for months even years before they made a decision to buy a house and that’s because we know buying a house can that that long. Not to worry, we will set our email campaigns to a frequency that matches your home buying needs.

Without futher ado, please press play below and enjoy.
