If you are interested in earning the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, now is the time to do it. The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has announced that it will continue to waive the SFR application and webinar fees through March 31, 2010.

The Weichert Real Estate School will offer the required certification course at several locations during the waiver period, with classes starting as soon as Monday, Feb. 8. The course also can be used as an elective toward the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) certification. (All Agents Welcome).
