Make a commitment to self-improvement each day, each week, each month or year with books, audiobooks, tapes, conferences, webinars, seminars, time with your broker or mentor, office meetings, etc. Education makes a difference! Even though NJ does not have a real estate continuing education standard, you owe it to yourself as well as to your clients to retrain yourself and keep up to date on the latest real estate news and trends.
